If customer finds that the items were sent incorrectly after receiving the package, please contact us via Email / Messenger within 30 days to arrange the replacement of the correct items.
Except for the above, we will not accept any form of return or refund.
Before sending out, we will ensure that items are in good condition and well packed.
However, as playing cards are made by paper, we are unable to be responsible for any damage or defects caused to the goods during delivery.
If customer chooses the delivery method with tracking, we can provide help if there is any problem during the delivery.
Only when customer chooses the non-tracking delivery method, if the delivery is delayed or lost, we are unable to be responsible for it.
